My Sobriety Motivation Series – Part Three
I have been asked, several times, how I stay sober. To be honest, I don't know. I just do. But upon giving it some thought, I've found that there are a few things that I refuse to voluntarily give up. Here I talk about how I learned that I could change my beliefs, and the work that involved.

The knowledge I've gained over the past 10 years, and share here, is the direct result of the clarity I've obtained due to my sobriety.
I share based on my experiences, beliefs & loves. I know that by sharing with you, I benefit by expanding in the joy that is my own sobriety. So, thank you for that!
Take what you need and leave what you don't. And hold tight to the fact that EVERYTHING IS ALREADY OKAY.
